BTS in Real Estate Professions at the Lycée Gambetta in Arras. I've always wanted to become an estate agent, even before all the TV programmes promoting the profession. Why did you do that? Probably because I moved house a lot when I was a child. What do I like about it? The stories behind each transaction. Thanks to this diploma, I now have the knowledge to get started in this field.
I joined a large estate agency group owned by a banking group as a property adviser (I think you know who that is 😉 ).
Straight from my native Lille, I discovered Flanders and began my career at the Coudekerque-Branche branch, where I learnt the trade and became one of the best estate agents in the town.
After 5 years as a property adviser, I'm now responsible for developing our property agency in Dunkirk. My role is to create and train a team of estate agents and develop business for our newly created agency.
With this job, I'm finally able to officially take on the role of trainer, which has always interested me. My credo: customer satisfaction comes first!
After a short break of a few months, during which I became a notary clerk, I was offered responsibility for the Wormhout branch in order to relaunch an agency that was losing momentum. After a few months of doubt following the 1st confinement, the agency once again gained its credentials.
Following this great opportunity, I asked to be put in charge of a second branch: the one in Dunkirk.
I've done just that, and it's enabled me to perfect my role as manager and trainer.
After almost 10 years of loyal service, I've decided to leave my job to embark on an adventure that will change my life.
I created Quentin Gallot Immobilier, the digital real estate agency in order to be as close as possible to my clients. My vocation is to offer a quality of service rare on the market while ensuring unique customer support.
